Dr Amena Azizi (MBBS, FRACGP) is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioner (RACGP) and an accredited GP Supervisor. She has over 30 years experience in general practice and surgery. She is a highly skilled and compassionate doctor with a wealth of knowledge.

Dr Daming Chi
Dr Daming Chi (MBBS, FRACGP, DCH) is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). He graduated from China Medical University in China in 1996. Since then he has been working as an orthopaedic surgeon before coming to Australia.
Dr Chi is a talented and highly skilled doctor who is multilingual – Fluent in English & Mandarin.

Dr Levin De Leon
Dr Levin De Leon (MD, B Med Science (Hons), SCHP, Graduate Diploma of Sport Medicine) is a GP Registrar who will be providing services at Casey Gate Medical Centre until August 2022.
Levin completed his MD from the University of Melbourne in 2014. Prior to working in general practice Levin has spent 8 years between metropolitan and regional hospitals in Victoria and more recently providing care in the after hours sector doing home and residential aged care consultations. Levin has also volunteered with “one mission” providing health care in third world countries. He has completed extra training in Sports Medicine and Paediatrics.
Outside of work, Levin enjoys reading and spending time with his fiance and two dachshunds. Levin loves the great outdoors, tennis, snowboarding, running, road cycling, hiking and has a goal he is working towards which is running a full marathon in April 2022.
GP Registrars are qualified doctors who all have previous experience in hospitals and general practice depending on their stage of training. They are undertaking further training to become a specialist GP with Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners or the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine. They move practices to gain different experiences as part of their training.

Dr Sanghamitra Dhar
Dr Sanghamitra Dhar is a dedicated, highly skilled, female GP to servicing our community providing wholistic care to all patients. She is a very friendly and approachable GP who enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and different backgrounds. Dr Dhar is a specialist GP with Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Working as a doctor in Australia for almost 10 years in both rural and metropolitan hospitals. In addition, Sangha has been working in General Practice since 2018.
She enjoys all areas of general practice with a particular interest in Mental Health. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Hilda Albeayni – Dietitian
Hilda is an accredited practicing dietitian and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia with over three years of experience working in clinical and private practice, community nutrition and education. She is passionate about health, nutrition and fitness. She can assist you in your journey to achieve your nutritional goals.
Hilda has experience working with patients of all ages to address a range of conditions including:
- Diabetes (Pre-diabetes, Gestational, Type 1 and Type 2)
- Cardiovascular disease
- Renal disease
- Weight management / Obesity
- Food intolerance and allergy
- Pregnancy and reproductive health

Dr Max Bahrami
Dr Bahrami has worked more than 15 years as a General Practitioner in Australia and Iran in every area of general practice focusing on skin diseases and skincare, weight management, sexual health and child health. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). He is a very friendly and approachable GP who enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and different background.
His areas of interest are chronic disease management, preventive medicine and health assessment, men’s and women’s health, sexual health, skin diseases and consultations regarding weight management.
Dr Bahrami is looking forward to getting to know the community at Casey Gate Medical Centre and becoming a familiar face around the clinic. He will be providing services from early 2021 on a regular part time basis at Casey Gate Medical Centre. Outside of his passion for medicine, he is interested to play table tennis and enjoys reading about history, cultures and languages.

Eastern Victoria GP Training (EV) has accredited Casey Gate Medical Centre to provide education and training for GP Registrar.
GP Registrars are qualified doctors who all have previous experience in hospitals, with general practice experience depending upon their stage of training.
They are undertaking further training to become a Specialist GP with Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners or the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine.
Our highly experience and dedicated specialist GPs are proud to be hosting and supporting Registrars and sharing their valuable knowledge and experience with them. GP Registrars move practices every 6-12 months to gain different experiences as part of their training.
